Will universal health care pay for my own private motor scooter to ride around Walmart?
I can bearly get out of bed let alone walk around Walmart for an entire hour. I hate having to share my motor scooter with others because lets face it some of those people smell. I am hoping under universal healthcare everyone will have a private motorized scooter as promised on the "Scooter Store" commericals. Will I be covered?
On a series note – I spent two years of my life paralized after a car accident in high school. I have now been walking fine for about ten years. I can tell you the government is not forking out motorscooters to disabled people.
You mean like that ad on TV?
Probably.
And maybe Wilford Brimley will personally deliver your free diabetes medicine.
Wal Mart already has motor scooters for people who have a hard time walking. Motor scooter are also already covered under Medicare.
Ohhh… good question ! I’d like one of those too !
No… but you can get your own scooter from the ScooterStore.
And if they approve you and you get denied by Medicaid, they will let you have it for free.
No one is offering universal health care in the US. If you want a motor scooter, you should talk to your HMO and see if you qualify.
Yeah, mental health will be included.
If you’re old enough, medicare already /will/ pay for your scooter.
Only if your doctor says you absolutely need one, then your local rich person will pay for it with their 10,000 dollar premium.
No,but medicare will.Haven’t you seen the tv add where the old gal tells you she got her scooter and it didn’t cost her a dime.
LOL!!!!
I think you deserve the Liberal Medal of Honor!
Just stand there with your hand out….
