to take a handicapped spot illegally?someone that is handicapped that can’t get a handicapped spot because some jerk took it that didn’t need it could die or be killed or injured trying to use a regular spot either from a health issue that they shouldn’t be walking farther then the handicapped spots to the store that provides wheelchairs/scooters or if they aren’t seen by other drivers (like wheelchair users that are the height of little kids when they sit and go around cars that might not see them.) or if they have to go while it’s raining while using a motorized device that breaks down when it gets too wet and stops in the middle of the parking lot and they are stuck there helpless…
This is the perfect place for me to pitch my idea for a "Justice Action Law" that I call: Handicap-for-Handicap
If a non-handicapped person (or persons) parks or otherwise takes a space reserved for the handicap and is found guilty, they are subject to becoming handicapped in the same way that the offended handicapped person effected is.
Ex: I park in a Walmart handicapped spot>blind person tries to pull in and realizes the spot is taken, and later finds out it was by a non-handicapped person, then presses charges>I am forced to become blind under the Justice Action Law.

i agree..i am handicapped and use a wheelchair and believe me..it pisses me and others off..but i don’t think people really give a crap except for themselves
Because they’re dumb people and quite obviously handicapped in the head if they don’t understand not to park there.

I hear you. I have never taken a handicapped parking space. But, the converse is true. I see people with handicapped placards who use them and get around as well as you or I. In our area, I don’t think those who get them are screened well enough.

I agree and I think its bad karma to do something like that.
They don’t realize it, because they have never had to experience it themselves, or had a loved one with a disability. They are only in a hurry to get what they want and need and screw everyone else. But it all comes back in the end, don’t worry. Karma is a B*tch.
