That is a lot of cash for a college student. If you choose a non sport bike you can cut your insurance by about 33% but it will still be high because of your age. They are the cheapest. But I have found that online quotes are higher so if you get an online quote Afterwards call the company and tell them you want the very cheapest your state allows. For me my online quote was $189 per year . After i called them they took off some extras i didn't really need and i got it for $79 per year. you have 2 things going against you
