A centrifugal clutch will is basically one which disengages at slow revolutions, then engages as it’s revolutions increase. You should have one on the weed eater. It would connect opposite of the flywheel, and is a a drum with springs and weights in it. Look for it and at it and you should figure out how it works. A torque converter on an automobile is a centrifugal clutch.
