What do you think of a medical store who cheated medicare for power chair?

The medical store called D&D has taken advantage of medicare and bill the medicare 12 times the price of the scooter. They billed medicare for a price of a scooter.

What do you think? What should you do? Because it is taxpayer money, and I think we should do something.
Should we wait for the government to do something which is takes a long time to act?
It’s fraud and they are scum. But, I’m not sure what you mean when you say ‘we should do something’. It’s a legal matter and should be handled by the appropriate agencies etc. What would you propose doing?
I think the person who did this should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If I were a judge I’d give them the maximum penalty/jail time and $fine$ as well as the best tongue-lashing I could come up with. He/She is not defrauding the feds, they are defrauding you and me and all other tax payers. WE are the government.
I got my Grandmother a Power Chair. The first day she took it out for a spin she got hit by a train.
