thats a chin guard for safety usually on dirt bikes, great for childrens pritection
Breath Deflector.
Helps to prevent the visor from misting over during cold weather ride (supposedly). Fog City visor inserts work far better.

If you are referring to the plastic piece, I’m pretty sure it’s just for looks and not necessary, you can take them out and air will still go through the vents. Maybe it pushes the air more upward towards the forhead I guess.
A nose guard ,some people ride with there lenses up while riding at a low speed it prevents insects and dirt from entering yous nasal passages.
It’s a sneezeguard. Stops the boogers going all over your visor when you sneeze……..
