my friend asked me to hang out. we had never hung out before, and i said yes. he picked me up on his moped and i rode on the back. while we were riding, he asked about my school and when i said i was going to be taking psych, he asked if i knew what he was thinking and how he was feeling. we rode to a scooter store so he could get some stuff for his moped. we ended up staying there for a while, but after we went to have coffee. he bought me mine and brought it to me. we chatted for a while. he asked if i ever had his coffee (it was a frozen kind) and i said no, so he offered me to try it, and i accepted. right before he handed it to me he took a sip from the straw. as soon as the drinks were done he got up and we went shopping for a bit. after, we went back to his scooter. he bought a muscle shirt, so he changed at his scooter, and asked if i thought it looked good. when i said yes hes like your such a liar, girls always lie about that stuff to which i replied, i dont i think thats kind of superficial to do that. when we were riding to his house, he would lean against me while driving, and when we stopped, he would drum on my knees. when we got to his place, he showed me a bunch of his art and music. he got his backpack and school stuff and then we went back to the scooter to give me a ride home on the way to school. he asked me to wear his backpack. when we were close to my place he adjusted one of the mirrors so that from my view, i could see both of us. im guessing he could do the same. he starred at it for a while. when we got to my place, he gave me a hug and we said goodbye.

heres the thing. i thought it was supposed to be like a 2 friends hang out type thing, but it felt like a date. i have no clue whats going on in his mind. not that im complaining, cuz im interested in him. im just wondering.
was it a date? is he interested in me? what should i do? ETC. help me out.
