Your choice, but you will not save money by having a motorcycle instead of a car. Two tires for my motorcycle cost more than twice as much as four for my car. Bike tires = 10,000 miles max. life, car tires = 50,000 miles min. life.
More frequent oil changes.
My favorite: bad weather.
Don’t forget that your initial investment is more than just a bike. You need something to wear, too. Insurance may be higher….

Dependable bikes aren’t really cheap either. Gas is easy but the tire life and price almost negates that. You say you don’t want to be a biker? Why buy a bike? We ride because it is fun and a way of life. We know the risks every time we mount our rides and we accept the odds. That is the biker life.
