2004 suzuki GSXR 750. I have never had a ticket or an accident and have been with my insurance company for almost 10 years. I own my primary vehicle and it’s paid off. I know it’s hard to give a quote, I just want an idea. (Motorcycle will be garaged)

Where can I find OEM dirtbike or street bike parts for wholesale prices? I always see people selling new factory packaged parts on ebay for super cheap yet I go on bike bandit and they are expensive! We have been selling used parts online but we want to sell new parts for bikes such as Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, ktm, Kawasaki, etc. Also, how do you become a dealer like chapperell motor sports? I would eventually like to open up my own motor sports shop but I can not figure out how to buy all this stuff for wholesale or in bulk. Thanks!

Well I am on the fence between which to get for my first bike. I hear the positives and negatives of both. I would like to hear from anyone but would love to hear from those who have ridden similar bikes like the Suzuki and ridden the Piaggio.

The thing that is pleasing to me with the Piaggio it’s different and has the extra third wheel for extra grip when hitting imperfection along with wet road and grave. I know it can still be dropped but that is one less thing I have to worry about on the road. Seems more friendly for passangers.

The thing I like about the Suzuki is that it’s a bit cheaper (sv650) or the same (Vstrom) and it’s a bike. More power for those times that you can open the throttle to get out of bad situations. Also you can load it up for possible road trips.

The down side with the Piaggio is the cost and only 500cc at max. The Suzuki is that fact that maybe the passanger may not be comfortable on the back on trips.

I am looking to buy a new motorcycle. I like the Suzuki Boulevard S50. I want it to be brand new with no miles. Do you think I can get a better deal if I wait until winter to buy?

I’m 24, male. I plan on getting the Yamaha R6-I’ll be financing the bike.
I have some questions regarding to insurance of the bike.
My friend owns a 06 Suzuki GSXR750, it was his first bike, and he is a fresh bike rider also. But his full coverage is only 0/month.
While searching online (geico, Progressive, allstate), I find out that the full coverage for the bike itself is 7/month-which I found strange. Because I’m older than my friend, he’s 22.
I understand that you need full coverage(collision, comprehensive coverage) when you’re financing a bike. My friend is also financing the bike. But how come his full coverage is way cheaper than what I’ve searched for?
I also picked the 0 deductible on Comprehensive and Collision too. But the lowest I got was 7/month-if not 0/month.
When I decline the Comp and Coll, my coverage is only /month. Why is there a big gap for my full coverage comparing to my younger friend with a bigger cc bike? 600 vs. 750.
We used to be in the military, so they made us take a rider course to be able to operate a motorcycle.
Yes, my friend is currently paying 0/month full coverage. Another friend also has an 06 R6, 22yo, fresh rider-he only pays 5/month through Allstate.
And yes, I have an EXCELLENT credit.
Clean driving record.
I insure my own car.
My choice for bikes are Yamaha R6, or a 2008 Ducati 848

This is another question that deals with my Suzuki Aerio 2003. I was going to ask if anyone knows if there is a way that I can just trade my car into a car sales place for just cash not a new car or anything. If you know of any places that will do that it would be appreciated. Or any advice would be nice. Thanks.

I am looking to buy a 2007 Suzuki SV650S. So far this decisions has been been placed on price, insurance cost, easability in riding (based on what I have reasearched), and overall looks. Once I get to the dealership it will get my final approval based on the feel when I actually get on it. But assuming that I still love the feel of the bike, how do I begin the haggling process. This is the first bike for me and I don’t want to be taken advantage of. Currently near where I live, Los Angeles area, one is being adverticed as a new 2007 for 99 OTD. Could this really be an out the door price? Can I haggle on an OTD price? Am i only allowed to touch and sit on the bike at the dealership? Could I ask them to throw in gear in the deal such as a jacket or a helmet or something?

I am purchasing a 2001 suzuki katana 750 from a family friend for 00. It has less then 3000 miles on it and is in perfect condition. Serviced regularly and well taken care of. Is this a good deal or should i go for something else. I dont have a lot of cash for a newer bike (college student) and want something a little more modern.

My mechanic says that he will put on a new set of 100% titanium piston return springs on my 1996 Suzuki Swift for only 0. He says that I will get better horsepower and gas mileage. Is this a good deal? Or should I get the parts myself and then have somebody else install them?

I ride a gsxr 600 2003 suzuki and right now I have stock muffler. I want to increase sound, but not super obnoxiously loud. Will a slip on do the trick or is this a waste of money? Is 0 used w/install a good deal on a Yoshi Stainless steel slip on?

I’m 18 years old, got a good down payment (2.5k), and I’m looking to get a new sportbike 06 and up, but the insurance if I finance is ridiculous. I know HSBC Suzuki only required liability but now that they’ve seperated I’m screwed. The bike I’d be getting would either be a CBR 600RR-1000RR Or a Yamaha R1.

I don’t want to hear crap about don’t buy a sportbike ur too young blah blah blah, I run through Deal’s Gap on the regular no problem and I know my way around a bike so let’s stick to the topic k?

I’m a college student looking for reliable and cheap transportation to and from work and school… Most likely just back and forth about a mile or two, but if i get hired in the next town over there might be a possible 15-30 mile commute in store for me…

So i’m looking for something I might have to take on the highway..

I have a wife… Part of the reason I want a scooter opposed to a huge scary motorcycle… I want something she wont be afraid to ride on, and maybe one day will learn to ride!

We have a car… but I was thinking it would be much more logical to get a scooter rather than a second car for me and my wife.. that way i could do all my commuting with much cheaper gas prices…

I wasn’t necessarily thinking of taking her everywhere, so since we are within the weight limit, maybe taking her every once in awhile to get her used to riding wouldn’t be so bad (like i said, she is very scared of things with 2 wheels, her dad died in a very bad biking accident)

for motorcycle owners…. How much is your motorcycle insurance? i want to get a GSXR from suzuki and i was just wondering what kind of money it takes to insure one of these… I am looking at either a 600 or 750.
