I’m soon to be 26 and currently pay a lot of the privilege of owning a Honda Civic Type-R. Is motorcycle insurance generally dearer or cheaper? I’m not considering replacing my car completely but simply owning a motor-cycle because I’ve always wanted to and there isn’t really anything to stop me.
I should have said as per one of the replies, I’m fully aware and understood the cost of insurance on a Type R. My logic was in thinking that as a motorcycle `can be` dangerous and is faster than perhaps a car, I’d have thought the insurance would be dearer.

No experience driving motorcycles but heard it was very easy.
I can’t really afford a used car at this moment and a motor cycle is half the price of the car i saw. What would be something i have to worry about when driving a motorcycle?
Is gas more effiecient? What if i want to resell it? What are the chances of getting into an accident if i’m careful driving it?
I already have a car, I drive a 2007 camry that i bought last year but i’m giving it to my wife. We have 2 kids,
I’ll be getting life insurance if i go with the bike. She thinks it’s really dangerous but i don’t think it is.

I see a ton of people driving mopeds like this around town and I’m planning on buying one. I know it’s street legal, but I was wondering what the rules are, for Florida, for this type of moped.

Do you need a motor cycle driver’s license?
Do you need insurance? (I have Geico right now)

ok, i am 15 almost 16 and i wanna get a motor cycle, once i get my learners permet where do i go from there, also i don’t know anyone that owns a motorcycle so how could i get experience on a bike? also, what would be an average price for a used street bike? what are some good but cheap brands?

Hi .. I am a new Australian Permanent Resident and am planning in settling in Darwin with my family of 4. Few questions if anyone can kindly help with.

I need SR-22 motorcycle insurance. The motor cycle is a 30 year old bike that I paid 0 for 3 years ago. It’s worth less than that now. The cheapest I was quoted was 33.00. When I talk to other people that have gotten SR-22 they talk about only paying 0 or 0 every 6 months on a similar vehicle. I don’t understand why my quotes are so much higher and I didn’t even have a DUI like some of the people I talked to had. How can I honestly know that what I’m paying is a fair price?
It was a waste of time asking this question.

I work about 5 mile from home and dont need to go on a highway. This city does not allow electric scooters on the street. It there a motor cycle that is electric that can keep up with regular traffic and is street legal just like the gas powered ones.
