What is the minimum age of a person, of a pillion / passenger on a 50cc scooter / moped (vespa) in CA.
Considering buying a scooter to avoid commuter traffic, but also have to drop child at school. Currently studying motor bike test and it does not give this information.
So.. I’m a 22 year old going back packing with a friend and Africa is the first place we shall be visiting.
I need to find out loads of things like:
What is the cheapest way to get to africa from England,uk ?
Where are the safest/ cheapest places to stay while in Africa?
Is it safe to go back packing in Africa ?
Is it safe and legal for me to set up a tent/camp anywhere in Africa?
What really are the best things I must do while in Africa? safaris, rafting, etc ?
What parts of Africa should I enter, and what parts should I NOT ?
Do I need to apply for a visa before I leave the UK? If not, how long does the visiting visa last for ?
Is it legal for me to find work out there if I need more money? If so, is it easy to find work ?
What’s the fastest & cheapest way to get around Africa? Any motor bike hiring centers?

I will be visiting Egypt after Africa, so am I best to fly from the UK to cape town, then make my way up the east coast of Africa until I get to Egypt?

im planning on getting a moped/vespa/scooter/motorized bike/criuser/motor bike/pedicab/rickshaw, that is for sure street legal. im looking for one that does not require a license to drive it on the streets. how high can the mph go untill its not legal without a license anymore?
I am looking for a Motorized scooter that will be able to travel on the interstate and or highway from Gettysburg,PA to Center City Philadelphia. I go to school aka college and will be moving back to philly but I travel there alot and the thoguht of a scooter is amamzing. .
IT WILL have to be under 900 dollars and IT has to have good gas mileage and NOT BE A SPORT OR TOURING BIKE… I like the idea of the GTV 250 motor scooter by Vespa.. BUT they are too expensive.. SO im trying to find one like it that is under 900 dollars and will be allowed to drive on interstate and highway!! THANKS!
I can not stand the sight of moter bikes so that is out of the question.. YEAh I have work in philadelphia that I go back to and from and I live in center of PA.. I try to go back every other weekend if I can.. I dont have a car.. BUT a scooter will be fine.. I am not looking again for a sport.. or something that looks like a motor bike.. thanks!
Due to the implications last few years ago road users have been subjected to new road rules and tougher penalties
Due to this people non other then your self who are interested in acquiring i license car/bike must take in to consideration on all the implications a car and a bike have been impended a penalty on driving hours and so on. this is not just a asking answer but more for every one else as i thought it be nice to mention.
A motor bike has it’s implications cheaper but also has it’s down sides.
A car is safer true but for a person to want a car but have restrictions "applied" due to the fact other reckless drivers cause from: drink driving to drugs even from a mere distraction all these things add up.
You cannot justify a car too bike if a persons decision is made before that person even decided, you have mothers/kids/teenagers who want their license but cannot afford the hours for driving instructor and most lie in log books so it only cheats you in the end.
Most kids have the lack of parents teaching their kids to drive some just do not make the time. occasionally most do that’s when kids choose to buy a bike not for the fact tat the bike isn’t safe but due to the fact that this kid/teenager or what ever works studies and has not got the time to do 120 due to the implications people previously did in the past "as mentioned above" not only make driving safer but restrict people who need a license from obtaining the hours
Few years back it was cheaper for any one to go to a driving instructor now it ranges over 50$ and if i aid to any one best to be an instructor id be driving now teaching……..
I cannot say kids/teenagers go get a motor bike due to the fact cars are time waster but people cannot justify a means to what is right or wrong if this persons never had either of these licenses, if you give a person a license but lay down what is safe or not? of cause they will go for a car, but if you restrict them from getting a license i mean make it much harder they will no doubt buy a motor bike regardless of the consequences in my opinion to obtain a license should be at thee age "20" most times a teenager is in the early stages "study" not consuming alcohol and drugs!
I believe a system should be made fair but it’s really hard to tell a person who is walking along the road who could be a safer driver because he/she does not drink a and seems assertive from her/he’s surroundings before an oncoming car almost runs you down just because that person was on a mobile phone… it’s easy to discriminate and place a person as an number because a system like that is easier but people have different circumstances not every one lives under one same roof? if a person wants a bike i say go get one we are almost confused enough on climate change but the truth always shines dim for most people i bet in 10 years from now prisoners will be driving instructors and premiums would sky rocket.
In Foreign country’s people usually have a different driving system but when you bring them here most seem glad they didn’t have to do australian license and that really just annoys any one who wants to obtain a license…. fair in the 80’s you had written tests and i will say those drivers of today are safer but i cannot speculate to far from home

A system should be made fair not unfair In 5 years who knows it might be 20 hours and then againt the cylce continues
all i can say is lifes short want a motor bike licnese get one you can always get a car license later

our science teacher gave us a project and i dont know where to start. im totally clueless when it comes to bikes.
here’s what we are required to do so pls help:
BACKGROUND
Your name is Vienna Jones. You work for the first SA company to create cheap transport. Our country is rugged so the council decides on an off road motor bike. You are incharge of selecting the materials
THE PROJECT:
1. research on trends at the moment( get a magazine with trends on
what people want… support evidence… research)
2. get a hypthesis on 3 materials you would like to use
3. do a presentation with graphs to show what materials must be used
where. Use Hooke’s law…
4. use terms that are scientifically correct eg. tensile, thermo
plastics, fracture, ductile etc.
5. in your conclusion describe the impact of such a vehicle in the
community and state ideas to convince them to go for your product
and finda sport they can do
im a total damsel in distress as this counts for almost half of my portfolio’s marks… i do have a few ideas tho:
1. we could use aluminium or steel as one of the materials
2. we could have offroad racing as a sport

WEll i’m careful on spending but want a motor bike dirt bike or pocket rocket. I am fourteen and i don’t want to pay over 200-300 on anything. How fast does an 80cc motor bicycle go? Were can i get a cheaper pocket rocket that is my siz as in somewhere around 100cc?
