be a new idea for job creation. Having American citizens make home

Do you think that the motorcycle, bikes, and scooter companies
are seeing a huge rise in profits ? If so, how does this help the
economy ?

are pocket bikes legal in the state of maryland you do need to register and tag these vehicles right?? even though they only go 35 MPH.. i was looking for a moped but the prices are ridiculous just to get one under ,000 plus the shipping and handlig liftt gate fees and not to mention getiing the thing assembled and prepped just to have it ready to drive.. gas prices i gues are making people greedy

so if the pocket bike is legal might get that instead.. theyrre mostly between 0-0 waaaay below my price range im trying to spend

I’ve always wanted a car like any other young person, but I don’t think i’m able to afford it, especially with gas prices rising. I also don’t have my driver’s license yet due to personal family reasons and financial. But now that I am older, I am trying to work things out for myself.

I was thinking that a motor scooter would be better because it costs less and is supposed to save on gas. But what are the requirements for a license and getting the scooter and any tips? What fees must be paid (such as insurance, license, etc.)? Any info on this would be helpful!

I have a wife… Part of the reason I want a scooter opposed to a huge scary motorcycle… I want something she wont be afraid to ride on, and maybe one day will learn to ride!

We have a car… but I was thinking it would be much more logical to get a scooter rather than a second car for me and my wife.. that way i could do all my commuting with much cheaper gas prices…

I wasn’t necessarily thinking of taking her everywhere, so since we are within the weight limit, maybe taking her every once in awhile to get her used to riding wouldn’t be so bad (like i said, she is very scared of things with 2 wheels, her dad died in a very bad biking accident)

I’m finally considering it, but I’d like some opinions and some Advise. I already have a car aka a Mitsubishi Gallant 2000 ES with a V6 that does about 30mpg. I’m considering getting a Motor Scooter for my shorter distance trips and regular commuting trips with using the car for long distance commutes and dates (lol) untill something like the Carver One or Venture One comes to my state (Florida). I’m looking for something that does about 90mpg. Here are a few questions I have about scooters:
1. For these 90mpg vehicles, how large is the tank?
2. How fast do these vehicles normally go (I’m no motor head so I couldn’t tell you the difference between a 2 stroke 50cc and a 2 stroke 150cc)
3. Is it a viable long lasting solution regardless of where gas prices may lead?
4. What’s the general perception of people riding them now addays? It used to seem and look rather stupid years ago…
5. Will the price of maintenance = the amount I saved for gas with these vehicles? Or are they relatively low maintenance?

Basically I’d really use it to get to work (about a 15min drive from where I live), and go to a couple stores I normally go to in my area, with limited trips to Hallendale or Miami beach (about 30 to 45 min away).

I am think getting 49cc skateboard can go aound 32 mph, but you know something better you have good experience with? I need to m,ake a 8 mile trip to work and 8 miles again to home…GAS prices are kill me. It is faster please answer and durable…you have bike/scooter/board? Please Sorry my English.

With gas prices out of control, I wanted to buy a motorized scooter to take to work and drive my car on weekends only. I live in Costa Mesa and work very close to Angel Stadium. I definitely don’t want to take one of these things on the freeway and was wondering if I could ride the riverbed trail with a scooter (it tops out at 45 mph and I probably wouldn’t even go that fast). I am a 240 lb. 6′4" and am looking for a motorized scooter do help deal with the gas prices. I don’t want a scooter that looks to small for me when I sit on it and makes me look dumb.
