It probably be safer to not argue the point with them. This is what people mean by being "responsible". You are growing up, but I’d bet your parents put conditions on your moped purchase? Probably that you’d do like they said when it came to safety and hours you’re allowed to ride? If I were you I’d try to grow up riding when I can and not press the issue until you lose the bike.
it’s not too much more dangerous really…. i mean driving at night is always a bit riskier (atleast as far as the driver is concerned) tho, you could argue that most bikes are hit because they aren’t seen, and the lights in the darkness make the bike a hell of a lot more noticable with a quick scan, then it is durring the day when there are no lights on.
People who drive cars are out to kill you. After dark poor vision on their part, poor lighting on the part of most mopeds, and alcohol, make a great cocktail. You need insurance if you hit someone with the moped so that you don’t bankrupt your parents.
who drives mopeds
Their house their rules deal with it. There is nothing for you to do at night anyway.
