Kymco Super 8 150 Out-The-Door price.?

Does anyone know of a good dealership in Ohio to look to buy a kymco super 8 150? My local ASK dealership quoted me a 2800 OTD price and The Athens Scooter Store, after their "250$ off all scooters" discount quoted me a 3000 OTD price.
I’m asking only because I’ve read of many people’s success in getting the Kymco (specifically super 8’s) for less than MSRP.
Sorry, I don’t know anything about dealers in Ohio but I had one special ordered last month in Little Rock, AR and I paid $2199.00. It was delivered to my back door with a full tank of gas and the paperwork says it’s a 2010 model.
