		<description> I would go with the Kymco, I have been around them for years and find that they are one of the most reliable scooters there is. I have seldom done more than oil changes and valve adjustments. They just keep running. </description>

		<description>It&#039;s hard to say what one would give you better service, if you have a dealer that handles both brands, I would say, just pick the one you think you look better on, they are so close in design and looks it really is just which one you like better.</description>

		<description>Well for starters the Kymco People 200 is not a 200cc scooter.  The name is deceptive it is in reality only 163cc.
So that would leave the Scarabeo.</description>

		<description>I have a friend that has the Kymco People 200.  Kymco makes a rock solid bike.  He easily keeps ups with the rest of the group on 250s and 400s.  I don&#039;t recall him every having problems with the bike.
