I went to a scooter store, and just can’t decide on one. What do you guys think? I’m generally looking for a scooter that’s 200cc. I’m hoping to get one this weekend, so please help me decide. I’m open to new ones too.
What are the pro’s and con’s of each on your opinion. I don’t mind the speedometer on the Aprilia Scarabeo. See I’m a girl, and this will be my first scooter. I want something that’s easy to manuever, and a ride that will be fun to use.
Thank you
I would go with the Kymco, I have been around them for years and find that they are one of the most reliable scooters there is. I have seldom done more than oil changes and valve adjustments. They just keep running.
It’s hard to say what one would give you better service, if you have a dealer that handles both brands, I would say, just pick the one you think you look better on, they are so close in design and looks it really is just which one you like better.
Seems like price can’t be an issue here, ‘cos where I come from the Kymco is about 2/3 the price of the Aprilia, so go with Gordon’s advice
Well for starters the Kymco People 200 is not a 200cc scooter. The name is deceptive it is in reality only 163cc.
So that would leave the Scarabeo.
I have a friend that has the Kymco People 200. Kymco makes a rock solid bike. He easily keeps ups with the rest of the group on 250s and 400s. I don’t recall him every having problems with the bike.
