Is there a better choice than the Vespa GT200?

I want something with a little punch to it. I can buy a GT200 with
1200 miles for 00. Or I can buy a new Buddy 150 for 00 out the door. I hear Vespa’s are the best, though.
I’d get the vespa but both are nice, I like the black jack but I like the gts250 to, I have the same problem, I would get the vespa this year and the 150 for next year.
