i suggest you get help.

this is not good for your health.
go to a doctor and ask how you can change this.

ask for simple excercises and a good diet plan for you.

dont give up.

also, i dont know if you have seen it, but there is an episode of true life on MTV where there is a lady in a wheel chair because she was overweight.

she got gastric bypass and she lost a lot of weight and her life in not in jeopoady anymore.

so if you are willing to go under the knife to help inprove your health talk to your doctor.
