also, i dont know if you have seen it, but there is an episode of true life on MTV where there is a lady in a wheel chair because she was overweight.
she got gastric bypass and she lost a lot of weight and her life in not in jeopoady anymore.
so if you are willing to go under the knife to help inprove your health talk to your doctor.

um, yeah.
if you dont do something you may keep gaining weight….take small steps and gradually add minutes to it….exercise while sitting down as much as possible…start with 3-5 minutes and add more each day…or alternate days….exercise sitting and exercising one day …then walk 3-5 min the next…

Why did you post a question 2 days ago that said u were 13 and 211 5′ 2" and now ur posting a question that says this? Which is it are u 468 or 211 are u 13 or 29?
