Shouldn’t it be as long as you can stand it?
I mean, it’s basically the same thing if you were to stand in the same place without moving (your body)

I don’t think it has anythng to do with the segway. If you only rode it an hour and your legs began to hurt then it’s probably you. I’m sure other people can ride it for hours on end and then others who can only take an hour.

If you are only 40 and your legs can’t even take standing on a
Segway for an hour, you should walk instead – and get those legs in shape!!!!

if is up to the individual. ride it as long as you feel comfortable-no set time. somedays you will be able to ride it longer than others. just do not overdue it-remember you are getting OLD. (LOL)
