small engines and their stock internals cannot deal with the heat/engine stress created by forced induction (supercharger or turbocharger) unless accompanied by intercooler installations.
therefore even if you managed to design one (and for whatever reason?)
…its likely the power increase at full throttle will take the engine beyond failure margin.
i would also be surprised if the carb could be adequately adjusted to injest fuel in sufficient quantities to match the increased airflow.
but as i say generally with forced induction and overall speed by which the engine is forced to operate at….i would think you would either fry the bottom end (rods-pistons) or totally thow the head.
doesn’t make any sense to me at all – still puzzled by why and generally falls in the waste of effort category……….
