A lot of Chinese scooters have problems with the sidestand cutoff switch (if fitted). When it gets wet it starts to corroded and when if fails you will never be able to start the bike. So see if you have one fitted and if you do, short the wires and see if it will start.
What make and model is it?
did you check the wire? did you check the gas? did you check the oil?
Take the spark plug out and put your thumb over the hole. When you turn the crank the compression should pop your thumb off the hole. If not your cylinder is shot. The thing with scooters is to flow with traffic they have to hold high rpms for long periods of time. They grow lean when they get real hot and many people don’t realize it…
Check to see if the brake light works. Most automatic scooters will only start if you are holding the brake and use the brake light switch for this feature.
