I am trying to find out if there is anybody out there that will help a person obtain one of those smaller electric scooters with seats for myself, I am handicapped and could really use one to make my life easier. Please direct me if you can. I have limited income, so I really can not afford one, maybe a loaner program, I am located in Missouri(63031) near St. Louis.
