Chad Franklin-now Legend Suzuki-for Real?
I asked this previously , but I didn’t add what happened first. I purchased a vehicle through their promotion and they told me that this was a promotional program where I could purchase this vehicle, flip it after six months, drive that one for six months, flip that one, and then eventually when I was nearing the end of the program, they would get me into a vehicle I could afford. Bad news! They finally told me, after stringing me along for almost 6 weeks that they can’t work a deal with me. I went to the State Attorney General’s office website and found many complaints under National Auto Sales, Chad Franklin Suzuki and other combinations. If you need to file a complaint, here is the site. The Missouri Attorney General will advocate for its citizens, and if you are in KS, they also have a website. Could be cash involved, but I have to cut my losses at this point. The website is http://ago.mo.gov/consumercomplaint.htm
The website for the Kansas Attorney General’s office to file a complain is:

Thank you for the information about the Attorney General. I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. My problem was that Chad Franklin’s wrecked my car December 26,2007 and I’m just now getting my car back March 11, 2008 and I’m still having problems with Chad Franklin’s.
