I asked this previously , but I didn’t add what happened first. I purchased a vehicle through their promotion and they told me that this was a promotional program where I could purchase this vehicle, flip it after six months, drive that one for six months, flip that one, and then eventually when I was nearing the end of the program, they would get me into a vehicle I could afford. Bad news! They finally told me, after stringing me along for almost 6 weeks that they can’t work a deal with me. I went to the State Attorney General’s office website and found many complaints under National Auto Sales, Chad Franklin Suzuki and other combinations. If you need to file a complaint, here is the site. The Missouri Attorney General will advocate for its citizens, and if you are in KS, they also have a website. Could be cash involved, but I have to cut my losses at this point. The website is http://ago.mo.gov/consumercomplaint.htm
The website for the Kansas Attorney General’s office to file a complain is:
