Can I transform my gasoline bike to an electric bike?

can I use the same engine(internal combustion engine) to make it run on electric power by batteries.
if not,then please mention the changes needed to it
WHY would you want too? The entire engine would need to be replaced with an electric engine and the additional batteries would cost you two arms and three legs.
Yes, but these are very different systems. If your gasoline bike is operated through some kind of gear system or a belt system then you might be able to save that. Otherwise you are changing the gasoline motor for an electric one. You have to replace the gas tank for batteries.
For such a small engine the power level for the weight is likely to be less but it will operate cleaner.

You *can* replace your gas with electric, at a loss of output power, torque, efficiency, and range, not to mention if you drain your batteries completely, it takes a lot longer to charge batteries if you can find a place to do so. Are you talking about a bicycle with a motor, or more like a motorcycle or road scooter? You would replace the gas tank and motor with an electric (probably brushless) motor, but it’ll cost you a couple hundred at least for a decent power on it.
I have seen claims of hydrogen generator installations on scooters that work, that would make use of your existing gas engine, but you’d need to control the air fuel mix to keep the engine from running too rich (it would think the hydrogen fuel is air).
