I am disabled, use a three wheel scooter, and an ex-vet. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

There is an elderly man who had a motorized bicycle (20 mph) for his sole transportation, and it is ready for the scrapheap. He was thinking of getting a car, and that scares me! Any suggestions or ideas?

i moved to az 3 days ago with a Maryland license(no motorcycle classification). i purchased a 50cc motor scooter, under the impression i needed no special license or anything, just register it with the MVD. i looked up the laws after i made the purchase (smart, i know) and saw that i needed an m-classification on my license, insurance and registration. i am staying with my family for the time being soi dont have any kind of bill to prove my actual residency in az. idk if i even need anything like that in az…..help?

Every time I back up my front brakes make a really loud grinding noise. At first they were just doing it when I was backing up now, they’re grinding when I’m going forward too. There’s also some rust coloring on my wheels. I read somewhere that this means I need brake fluid? I don’t know, I’m no mechanic. I just want to be prepared before I bring it to a mechanic and get cheated out of my money. Any help will be appreciated!
I just bought this thing 6 days ago. Brand new, no miles, 2010. It is still covered under warranty, but they won’t pick it up to fix it. I should have spent the extra money and had one shipped from California because I am now seriously regretting this purchase.

A really nice gift. He has every car and truck you can think of. He has a bike, a power wheels, a scooter, a work bench (although he’s already outgrowing it) a basketball goal, a ball pit/jump-o-lene, a train table,sandbox, swing set, see-saw….
So any ideas?

and the intercepter pocket bike ( http://minipocketrockets.com/r32-4-stroke-super-pocket-bike/ ), which one has the most durable engine, i dont care for speed, i wont the one that last longest. which 2 bikes themselves overall is best why or why not? and do they both have the best carb, air filter spark plug they can get already or are they upgradable?

Also, if anyone has some good motorcycle safety tips that would be great.

I am 14 years old. I seriously hate wearing a helmet while biking…I feel ridiculous. And please don’t tell me I’ll be safer if I wear one, I do NOT care. Plus everyone my age in this city doesn’t wear one..so why should I? Right?

How can you properly set the idler and the air/fuel mixture adjuster, to have bike running good?

I’m currently riding a piaggio x9 250 scooter and I’m planning to buy a new ride
2 options are : supermoto or naked
super moto options are – yamaha mt-03 , xt 660 x , drz 400 sm and ktm duke II
naked options are kawasaki er 6 n , ducati monster 620 , and fz6

i have an offer from a ktm 640 adv but i believe it wont fit my daily routine needs.

so which one to buy ?

Is it still insurable after you have de-restricted it?

my husband said he just found out that NC changed the moped law last year. He said if it has a motor, can be driven on the road, it now has to be insured and you have to be licensed. I can’t find it anywhere even on the DOT website. It had been that a moped could be driven without a licensed driver or insurance.

I fell while at my former residence where I had lived with my ex . I have never been sick or dependent . I was walking to the trash bin not aware that his personal assistant had moved it to 12 ft. beyond where we had always kept it (around the corner of the house where we did not have to step outside the garage, which required me to walk on wet pavement)Iwas bare footed slipped and fell directly on the lip of the catch that the electric garage door comes down to attach to and split my patella horizontally in half. I dragged myself across the garage up the steps on my rear across the house to wake him up to use his cell to call for my stepson to take me to hospital , realizing he had been at the local bar till 8;40 , it was now 10;00 and he could not drive me. He would not respond and when he did he called me from his darkened room wthout ever getting out of bed that it was not broken and I was to lay down on the couch with ice. I fell again trying to turn back up the hallway to get out of the house for help after pleading with him for 30 mins. and dislocated the patella and tore all the tissues around my knee. I screamed and then he came out and called his son who drove over and called the ambulance.I had pins put in my knee surgery and was on a walker and cast for 2 weeks when his personal assistant now had had the rugs shampooed by her friend ,rugs were too wet and I slipped on the walker fell and sprained my wrist badly . At my scheduled Dr. appt next day I learned I had to go into a emergency surgery with a huge blood clot; had fractured a new part of the patella and blown the pins off to the side opening the original fracture. I had a metal cage put in to hold bone together and was confined to a wheelchair for three months and a commode . etc and had to live at my ex’s because I came from out of state and had no one to help me here he was very abusive to me he had gone back to excessive drinking and pot use. H e is a California attorney and told me as a resident I cannot sue. He does not know I had a signed rental aggreement and my stuff in the garage had been moved 2 days before. By the way the homeowner is a person he paid ,000 to buy in her name because he has a bad history , then he put it into a trust in his sons name age 20. He asked me after I broke off with him for 2 years to come back and live with him he just inherited millions,and better he had been working in law for the first time in 15 years,AND WAS SOBER. I supported him mostly and took on gaurdianship of his son and raised him as my own with no help. That has all changed I gave up my home and came here it was great until ….. How do I sue the owner when her address is at the house and so when shes served Dons personal assistant will probably destroy it. Yes she got him and his money, everyone predicted this, that was a heartbreaker and why I left. I have 2 more months PT that will be a total of 6 months not able to work he provided me with nothing. I moved out day after got out of wheelchair with on a walker as a live babysitter. WHAT IS MY RECOURSE ?
