if i have insurance on my scooter, and have had its MOT that day and don’t have tax what would the police say if they pulled me? would i get let off or into trouble?

also how do i get my tax disc if my insurance papers haven’t come through yet?

Im planning to buy a 2004 used GSXR600 (salvaged), but I’m super paranoid about theft because I have no garage and where I live is surrounded by parking meters (meaning I won’t park there). So, I have to park 5 blocks AWAY from where I live and can’t keep my eye on it. I live in a densely populated city. I know sports bikes are top favorite motorcycles for theft regardless if its new or old.

I don’t want to pay 0 more for comprehensive on insurance. And I can’t always get a spot with something to chain my bike to. Do you think it’s worth getting Lojack? What about Scorpio alarm?

HI there..my son has been driving me nuts ever since he could talk, asking for anything with wheels!! He’s got a go-cart, bmx bikes, motorized scooters, etc…now for the past 2 years he’s been begging for a dirt bike or a 4-wheeler. I’ve said no so many times, and know at some point I should let him get one but being a Mom, it makes me so nervous. Any suggestions? I could just keep saying NO too, but just want to make sure i’m not being over protective.

this rarely ever happened before but now it happens all the time…when ever I use either a wheelchair or scooter from a store and get people glaring at me when I walk over to the scooters/wheelchairs and then say crap to me when I sit down in one.(and yes I do need them) what is wrong with some people
