I’m really on the fence about exactly what I want. I live in Berkeley, California, and I really don’t know what I want, except that it should go at LEAST 18-20mph, and have at LEAST a 10 mile range per charge. Pedalling combo might be good too, but I’m not sure. Give me as much concise information as you can.

The California Vehicle Code does not require registration, license plates to be displayed or the scooter to be insured.
I received a ticket for not being insured(they wont insure it its not even worth it) 400 dollars and a speeding ticket when the cop said I was going 35 mph? my scooter has a small weed-eater engine or leaf blower…. goes 25 max… ( I myself was wearing a helmet, gloves, I was 18 with a license… could it have been that I failed to tell the judge that it was a small engine not a large scooter?
I followed up with this until now they told me to send a letter to the judge and that I would get a response in a couple of weeks what do you think I should do? Do I have a chance?

I’m 24, male. I plan on getting the Yamaha R6-I’ll be financing the bike.
I have some questions regarding to insurance of the bike.
My friend owns a 06 Suzuki GSXR750, it was his first bike, and he is a fresh bike rider also. But his full coverage is only 0/month.
While searching online (geico, Progressive, allstate), I find out that the full coverage for the bike itself is 7/month-which I found strange. Because I’m older than my friend, he’s 22.
I understand that you need full coverage(collision, comprehensive coverage) when you’re financing a bike. My friend is also financing the bike. But how come his full coverage is way cheaper than what I’ve searched for?
I also picked the 0 deductible on Comprehensive and Collision too. But the lowest I got was 7/month-if not 0/month.
When I decline the Comp and Coll, my coverage is only /month. Why is there a big gap for my full coverage comparing to my younger friend with a bigger cc bike? 600 vs. 750.
We used to be in the military, so they made us take a rider course to be able to operate a motorcycle.
Yes, my friend is currently paying 0/month full coverage. Another friend also has an 06 R6, 22yo, fresh rider-he only pays 5/month through Allstate.
And yes, I have an EXCELLENT credit.

I insure my own car.
My choice for bikes are Yamaha R6, or a 2008 Ducati 848
Ok, this may be a silly question, but I was just wondering. I just got a new bike with a loan from a bank. I’m supposed to get comprehensive coverage on my insurance, but it is way more expensive with that added on. I’m only planning on riding the bike for pleasure, and won’t be riding it all that much. Plus, the loan is for a very very small amount. So, here’s my question. If I only pick up basic coverage will my bank even find out? Has anyone done this before?
The medical store called D&D has taken advantage of medicare and bill the medicare 12 times the price of the scooter. They billed medicare for a price of a scooter.
