yesterrday at a crowded store, it was my turn at the deli counter. the man was waiting on me. as I moved along the counter, choosing things an elderly man with his cart was standing in my way. I politely told him I could not get passed to see what was behind the counter. he moved back about a foot. I told him I still couild not pass him, He says i am blind. I said ok can you move back please he yells i am at the end of the counter and you have plenty of room. I was not able to get where I needed to be to finish my order. I asked the counter man to send for the manager who came and moved the old man and his cart out of the way. The old man screamed and cursed me out. My question, did I do anything wrong. Could I have done qnything not to have a scene there?
first thing I did was tell him I was in a cart. The store gives numbers. 5 people between my turn and his. The store would not allow me to let him go ahead of me. I wqas in the middle of ordering when he got into my way entering the line from the wrong way. I sent for the manager as the people behind me weree telling me to move ahead and getting very impatient the clerk asked the guy to move and he would not get out of the way.

up to me and asks about my scooter I tell them and the customer asks if his kid can try it and I say no. This gets the guy annoyed and he says then why let my friends see it…. I reply that its because I KNOW them. Im NOT letting him try it. He then says how he thought that we (the employees) were not supposed to say no. I tell him he’s NOT trying it. He then says he is going to tell the manager. A fellow co-worker overheared it and said I should have let the kid/parent look at it and how now we may have lost a customer from that episode. (He’s a regular that comes into our store alot) I I say BIG DEAL!!!! One customer refusing to shop there anymoren because I refused to let him and his kid see my scooter is NO BIG DEAL. Who is right on this subject?

I know the 500cc runs about 00 dollars! I also know that it was rumored to be available by late 2008. Piaggio has no info on the hybrid bike on their website! Also I do not see any pricing or availability info online for the US.

I was riding a motorcycle in hawaii and received a ticket for not having motorcycle insurance. I am not the owner of the motorcycle, does this matter? Am i still responsible for the ticket or will it get written off since i am not the owner?

my aunt is terminally ill and her insurance won’t approve her and be deliver her durable med. equipment for a long while (a month or more). She may pass before that happens, she has no money and can’t even afford her meds. Any ideas or help would be great.
